Day 1 – Arrive Siem Reap
Upon arrival at Siem Reap airport by you will be welcomed by your local English speaking guide who will escort you to your hotel for check in (at 14:00). Siem Reap is the base for exploring the fabled temples of Angkor, the ancient capital of the Khmer empire. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap
Day 2 – Siem Reap
This morning visit the ancient city of Angkor Thom.
Angkor Thom: was the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire under the reign of Jayavarman VII. This city is surrounded by an 8 meter high wall, with each side of the city being 4 km long, drawing a perfect square. Enter the city through the ancient South Gate, an impressive stone gate carved with Elephants and four giant faces. On each side of the entrance path a row of 54 gods or demons is holding the sacred Naga snake.
From here, continue to Bayon Temple in the exact center of the city. The particularity of this monument is the 54 towers with four faces representing the 54 provinces of the then Great Khmer Empire. The Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King are also must-visits as they are both known for their intricate bas-reliefs. Here, in a small contemporary pagoda in the vicinity of these famous monuments, Buddhist monks will celebrate a private blessing ceremony for you, wishing you health and a safe journey – a very special experience!
This afternoon continue to explore the temples of the Small Circuit. The most illustrious of these is Ta Prohm, built in the mid 12th to early 13th centuries. Ta Prohm is unique in that it has been left largely as it was found: overgrown by jungle trees and vines, with many parts of the temple crumbling to the ground. This makes the ‘Tomb Raider Temple’ one of the most picturesque and memorable of the Angkor temples.
Continue to visit the famous Angkor Wat temple itself by vehicle. Built during the reign of King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century, it is constructed following the model of the temple mountain symbolizing the Mount Meru, home of the gods.
Inside the temple, the walls are covered with stone carvings and bas-reliefs depicting Hindu mythology and the wars Suryavarman II fought during his reign. Moreover, Angkor Wat is well known for the more than 2,000 Apsara dancers decorating the temple. Construction is thought to have taken around thirty years of intensive labor. Today, Angkor Wat is figured on Cambodia’s national flag as the temple symbolizes the soul of the Khmer people.
You will be there during sunset time, when Angkor Wat is less visited and the Apsaras will shine in the most beautiful light. Return to your hotel.
Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 3 – Siem Reap
After breakfast at hotel head out to Koh Ker. Located 120km from Siem Reap it has recently been open to tourism with the new road. Koh Ker offers more than 55 temples to visit and also is the only passage to visit the Preah Vihear temples at the Thai Border.
Koh Ker: is located in the province of Preah Vihear, it is the name given to this remote part of the province but is not related to any town. The particularity of Koh Ker is the 50 temples lying in the forest. The local people say that there might be almost 100 temples in a all but because of the mine some remain non accessible. Almost no book gives information about these temples and many studies have to be done to date and give a story to these edifices. Continue to visit the temple of Beng Mealea. Situated 65 km from Siem Reap, this temple has been discovered not long ago. Few things are known about this temple but it is said that it was the model for the construction of Angkor Wat. Recently used as a décor for big movie production it has been cleared from the vegetation and now offers one of the most amazing temple experience. Enjoy a short walk through the dense jungle and feel like an explorer when you discover the completely overgrown temple. Undiscovered for centuries, Beng Mealea has only recently been made accessible and remains as it was found with no restoration work having been done. It is one of the very few temples that actually give you the opportunity to climb and crawl through it. Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 4 – Siem Reap
This morning you will drive to the rice fields and friendly local villages to Phnom Kulen, an impressive sandstone plateau in this otherwise flat area. The mountain is considered the birthplace of the Khmer empire and a sacred place for the Khmer who come in droves on the weekends. Upon arrival at the top of Phnom Kulen, picnic lunch will be prepared as you will discover stone carvings in a riverbed and visit several hidden pagodas. One of the main attractions is a waterfall where you can take a refreshing bath. Enjoy the stunning view of the plains before descending and returning to Siem Reap.
After lunch you will continue tour to the “gem” of the Angkor area, the pretty temple of Banteay Srey, which is best viewed in the warm morning light. The so-called “Citadel of the Women” was built between the 11th and 13th century and remains the best preserved temple in Cambodia. It displays some of the finest examples of classical Khmer art as this small temple is noted for its truly remarkable fine bas-reliefs, depicting Hindu god Shiva. Banteay Srey is unique in that it is constructed of pink sandstone, which is seen nowhere else in Angkor. Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 5 – Fly from Siem Reap to Phuket
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight to Phuket.
Upon arrival at the airport in Phuket, your guide will meet you at the airport and accompany you during the transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Phuket. Overnight in Phuket
Day 6 – Phuket

Day 8 – Phuket to Yacht & Andaman Sea (Private Catamaran)
Transfer to the Phuket Marina and board your yacht. After a brief orientation set sail towards the beautiful islands of Phang Nga Bay. Anchor on the way to Koh Phanak. The captain will take you in the dinghy to explore some of the great caves enclosed inside the island. Return to the yacht for lunch. Anchor in the beautiful limestone karsks of Phang Nga Bay at Koh Hong. Have an evening BBQ with seafood bought from the local fisherman and cooked by your chef. Overnight on board
Day 9 – Andaman Sea (Private Catamaran)
After breakfast sail to the world famous isle known as “James Bond Island” where the film “The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed. You can go ashore and take photographs of the island. Sail further North to the Floating Sea Gypsy Village at Koh Pan Yee. The floating village on stilts is home to Muslim fisherman and their families. Enjoy an early seafood lunch at one of the restaurants. In the afternoon sail East over to Koh Roiwith its own private beach for a quiet and relaxing evening alone shared by you and neighboring yachts. Overnight on board
Day 10 – Andaman Sea (Private Catamaran) – to Puket
Explore the walk-in cave inside Koh Roi. Sail Southwest towards Koh Nakka for a swim. Enjoy the pristime beach and relaxing atmosphere, where the crew will prepare your last meal “aboard”, lunch!. Take a final swim before slowly making your way back to the marina. Arrive mid-afternoon at the marina where you will be driven back to your hotel in Phuket. Evening relax. Overnight in Phuket
Day 11- Phuket
Breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Phuket
Day 12- Depart Phuket
Breakfast at the hotel. Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Phuket and accompany you during the transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to Phuket Airport and assist you with the check-in at the airport for your departure flight. Services End
