Off the southeastern coast of the country, just across the border from Thailand, you will set off on a multi-day cruise to Myanmar’s best kept secret. Underwater this area promises scenic reefs and a multitude of marine life while above water you have jungle-filled islands and pristine beaches to explore.

Your exciting adventure begins with a day of cultural exploration in the vibrant city of Yangon before a short flight takes you to the sleepy fishing town of Kawthaung. The following morning your specially designed sail boat will wait for your arrival at the harbor. Swim, snorkel and kayak around Myauk Phyu Island. Then it’s off to Macleod Island, famed for its beautiful coral reefs, white sandy beaches and tropical rain forest flora. The following day begins with a spectacular sailing voyage to Say Tan Island, a great island for trekking. Say Tan is famous for its wild monkeys that are often seen playing on the beach.Continue winding your way through the chain of islands stopping for swimming, trekking, snorkeling and kayaking. Day 1 – Yangon
Spend your first day sightseeing with your personal guide that collects you from your hotel. Visit the mighty Shwedagon and revered Kyaukhtatgyi pagodas. Spend the afternoon relaxing in Kandawagyi park, a lush green oases in the centre of Yangon. Overnight in Yangon

Day 2 – Yangon – Kawthaung (B)
This morning transfer to Yangon airport for a short flight to Kawthaung. The remainder of the day is spent at your leisure exploring this sleepy fishing town and its markets or just relaxing by the waterfront.

Day 3 – Kawthaung – Myauk Phyu Island (B,L,D)
After breakfast a cruise representative will collect you and transfer to the jetty to start your four night cruise. The luxurious sail boat contains 3 air conditioned cabins and plenty of deck space to relax and enjoy the views from. Sail to Myauk Phyu Island across the pristine seas before enjoying dinner on board the boat. Overnight onboard near Myauk Phyu Island

Day 4 – Myauk Phyu – Macleod Island (B,L,D)
Take time this morning to relax, swim and kayak around Myauk Phyu. Just before lunch you head to Macleod Island, cruising through the archipelago while admiring the stunning landscape. Upon reaching Macleod Island, go ashore to explore the white sandy beaches and tropical flora. Snorkel in the crystal clear waters surrounding the island then dine on board your boat. Day 5 – Macleod Island – Say Tan (Dunkin) Island (B,L,D)
Take a spectacular sailing trip to Say Tan Island. An island famed for its impressive white beaches, forest interior and groups of wild monkeys that can often be seen ion the morning playing on the beach. Overnight onboard

Day 6 – Say Tan – Kyet Mauk (Cocks & Combe) (B,L,D)
After breakfast the boat heads for Kyet Mauk Island, also known as Cocks & Combe. Take time to explore this intricate island and either kayak or snorkel the hidden inland lagoon which is the size of a football field.

Day 7 – Kyet Mauk Island – Myin Khwar (Horseshoe) Island – Kawthaung (B,L)
Today you sail back to Kawthaung, stopping at Myin Khwar Island to navigate the rocky outcrops and visit one of the largest bird’s nest caves in the world. On arrival at Kawthaung our local representative will meet you to assist in the smooth running at immigration. Spend the evening relaxing at your hotel. Overnight in Kawthaung

Day 8 – Depart Kawthaung (B)
After breakfast you can spend the morning at your leisure. Then transfer to the airport for your flight to Yangon or transfer to the jetty to cross the Pakchan River to Ranong in Thailand for your onward flight or for the drive onwards Phuket.
