Per one of my ground operators, Trails of Indochina:
“Vietnam Airlines offered an official announcement released 25 February; all flights in or outbound of Hue, Vietnam (HUI) will be postponed from 20 March to 20 November 2013.
Plans to change all existing bookings from Hue (HUI) to Danang (DAD) will be advised and updated by our team who will contact you regarding individual bookings.
