Since the global spread Covid-19, flexibility has become a must when traveling. Each country has implemented its own rules according to the spread of this new disease at a pandemic level.

GETTING THERE
*Boarding flights may require special precautions such as temperature taking, wearing face coverings and physical distancing. You may need to show your international health card, Covid vaccination card or results from a Covid PCR test done 72 hours before departure. *Covid-19 negative test results may be required.

IN COUNTRY
-During travel, museums and other famous tour sites may close unexpectedly if a new outbreak occurs.
-Hotels will include special requirements as well such as the wearing of masks and physical distancing.
-Restaurants may have outdoor dining only and if inside may require tables be far apart and face coverings be worn.

NOTE: International health/Covid vaccination cards or Covid-19 negative test results within 72 hours of travel may be required to board flights and enter a county.

COMMON QUESTIONS

“If I travel, what steps should I take to help reduce my chances of getting sick”?
• Avoid contact with sick people.
• Wear a face covering recommended by the CDC—gators /scarves are ineffective for the spread of Covid
• Physical distance 6 feet in public places
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 75% alcohol.
o It is especially important to clean hands after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose.
• Make sure you are up to date with your routine vaccinations, including measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine and the seasonal flu vaccine.

Cancellations & Postponements
Your trip may be subject to a postponement or cancellation by TG Travel Group LLC and/or their partner operator. If this occurs due to a Covid-19 outbreak, the following credits will apply:
1. Air Ticket – credit or refund will follow the particular airlines policy and fare rules;
2. Trip (custom only) – a full trip credit will be given up to 1 year or more from departure date;
*If travel seasons differ and costs have increased, it will be the responsibility of the traveler to pay the difference in a higher cost at new rebooking time.
3. If your trip is a prepackage or cruise, credit or refund will depend on that supplier’s policy;
4. Travel Insurance – dates can be changed prior to departure and policy used toward a future trip up to 770 days from purchase date; *If you become infected with Covid-19 prior to departure or while traveling the policy will apply.

TG Travel Group LLC will make all efforts to obtain the best outcome for protecting your travel investments.
NOTE: If you cancel or postpone your trip due to fear of travel because of Covid-19: *Standard Travel insurance will not apply.
