Cultural

“It is good that the journey is slow and awkward; you lose, you have to, all sense of time and urgency, all calculation, all sense of past and future.”– Andrew Harvey, A Journey in Ladakh

Cultural journeys allow us to visit a country’s places of worship, museums which house artifacts from ancient times and simply be in those towns or villages which indigenous people exist. These explorations show us how others begin and end their day and how families perform daily tasks. A cultural adventure allows us to participate with the locals and better understand other people.
